Our Impact

AKG Sweden is a fast-growing player in the Swedish labour market sector. In a short time, we have expanded to support over 1,143 participants across 26 locations, offering a broad range of services including coaching, assessment, education, support, and Supported Employment.

Unlike many providers who focus on one or two services, we soon offer six, all aimed at helping individuals move closer to work or studies based on their unique needs.

One initiative we’re especially proud of is IPSU support, which provides one-to-one guidance to students in need of extra adaptations. With the right educational tools and strategies, participants gain confidence and realize that studying is achievable. Beyond academic success, IPSU creates a ripple effect – strengthening self-esteem, structure in everyday life, and overall well-being. It is not just study support, but a catalyst for personal growth.
