Singapore’s tight labour market, ageing population, and rapid digital transformation — especially with the rise of AI — are reshaping workforce demands. These shifts create an urgent need for continuous upskilling, reskilling, and proactive career transition support.

AKG Singapore partners with Workforce Singapore, community organisations and relevant associations to provide nationwide support across diverse demographics, including vulnerable groups such as ex-offenders, persons with disabilities, lower-income individuals, and the silver generation, while also enabling employers to adapt and build an inclusive, future-ready workforce.

We also actively support our Health Promotion Board’s mission and the government’s wider Healthier SG movement through our health programmes, as well as our nation’s Forward SG initiative in building an inclusive society by way of providing intervention programmes for youth offenders in partnership with Singapore Prison Services.
