AKG Korea works across 18 locations supporting government departments including the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of National Defense, the Labor-Management Development Foundation, and local governments.

National Employment Support System

  • Customized employment counselling, job training, and job placement services to people seeking work, and provides job promotion allowances to low-income job seekers. 
  • Company visit work experience: Provides young people with opportunities to experience various occupations and explore job roles, thereby supporting them in setting their career paths. 

Customized employment support program

  • We promote employment connections between job seekers and private companies through comprehensive employment support, including career assessment, employment and job training, customized recruitment events, and cooperation programs with job-related organizations, targeting people of all ages who wish to find employment.

Career planning services

  • We provide comprehensive career planning services to help workers aged 40 and older review their careers and develop their job skills. 

Athlete career support project

  • We provide counseling, education, and mentoring necessary for career transition, such as career exploration, career information, and competency development for active and retired athletes.

Young soldiers

  • A career assistance program tailored to young soldiers, providing one-stop career and employment counseling during military service.

Officers scheduled for discharge

  • Career consulting to support rapid reemployment and stable social integration after discharge for officers scheduled for discharge.

Discharged soldiers settling down

  • We operate programs related to employment and start-up support for discharged soldiers who have served for five years or more, with the aim of helping them find stable jobs and settle down in the region.

  • We partner with companies to assess their current status and conditions, derive improvement measures to solve problems, design systems, and provide support for implementation, including linking support projects. 

Career Transition Support Program

  • We help employees overcome the psychological anxiety associated with retirement, preparing them for the next chapter in life. We work together with people to set career goals based on their needs and provide comprehensive support to help them achieve their goals through group seminars and individual consulting. 

Reemployment Support Program

  • Provides services to people changing jobs such as career and aptitude assessments, future career planning, job referrals, and education on reemployment or entrepreneurship.

Employee grievance counselling service

  • Helping employees resolve various issues through consultations on topics such as work life, personal life, relationships, finance, and legal matters.
  • Employees and their families receive professional consultations under strict confidentiality.
  • Our team consists of experts in various fields, including psychologists, career counselors, conflict resolution specialists, tax accountants, asset managers, and legal experts. 

Labor Cost Support Project

  • This program provides subsidies to employers experiencing labor shortages and job seekers facing difficulties in finding employment, with the aim of creating new jobs, promoting employment, and supporting long-term employment.
