Workforce Australia & Inclusive Employment Australia 

For Individuals 

  • Case management, personal support, resume workshops, interview coaching, and job-matching with 5,000+ employer partners (Coles, Bunnings, Amazon). 
  • Specialized support for people with disabilities including workplace adjustments and mentoring. 
  • Youth programs like Transition to Work linking school leavers to apprenticeships in trades, IT, and healthcare. 
  • Specialised services such as Career Transition Assistance, Employability Skills Training and Parent Pathways.

  • In work support for hiring long-term unemployed candidates. 
  • Diversity recruitment strategies, including Indigenous and disability inclusion.

  • Employee Assistance Programs providing support for employees and training for HR teams. 
  • Ergonomic Assessments to prevent injuries in manual labor roles. 
  • Pre-Employment Health Assessments to ensure people are able to work in hazardous environments such as Emergency Services, Transport & Logistics and Mining/Construction.  
  • Injury Management Services via 24/7 Nurse triage services, medically led and working with 2000+ clinics across Australia 

Assessment Services 

  • Students with Disability Assessment Service supports schools, parents and students with disability by providing important assessments relating to Intellectual Disability. 
  • Child and Family Services providing guardian and kinship care assessments to support case workers who provide support to children in Out of Home Care.  

Allied Health Support 

  • Managing health needs in employment services through a professional allied health team including psychologists, exercise physiologists and counsellors.  

Community Services for Indigenous Australians

  • Nyrrunggulung-RISE’s – Place based, co-operative programs and services that create positive employment, education and wellbeing outcomes in Central Arnhem Land. 
  • Real Futures – Majority Aboriginal-owned and staffed company, providing employment and training support across WA and the East coast through a broad range of programs including Inclusive Employment Australia and Parent Pathways. 
  • Rise Ventures’ “Country-Centered Development” – Building small, sustainable businesses in remote communities to create jobs in Far North Queensland. 
  • RN Employment – Working in the Northern Territory to build capacity, skills and generate jobs through partnerships and local community programs.
