Since 2006, we have delivered government-funded employment programs that break down barriers and open doors to real opportunities. Our approach is practical, inclusive, and focused on meeting the evolving needs of Canada’s labour market.

We understand that everyone brings their own story, strengths, and challenges. That is why our services are designed to support people with diverse life experiences and learning styles, meeting individuals where they are and helping them move forward with purpose and confidence.

Currently, most of our services are delivered in British Columbia, where we operate nine service centres across key communities. Through these centres, we work directly with job seekers and employers to create practical, lasting employment outcomes.

We work with employers to support inclusive hiring and long-term success in the workplace. Our services include help with job postings, screening support, onboarding tools, and access to wage subsidy programs that reduce the costs of hiring. These programs also create opportunities for employers to tap into diverse talent pools.

We also provide guidance on workplace accommodations, retention strategies, and funded training programs to help employers build strong teams and find the best fit for their needs.

In 2025, we supported over 12,500 people through our Employment and Self-Serve programs, including more than 4,600 clients with disabilities. Together, this reflects our ongoing commitment to helping individuals build skills, gain experience, and move into meaningful work.

We believe in empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives through training, support, and real-world experience. Our goal is to deliver outcomes that last—for people, employers, and communities.

• 55 % of clients with disabilities secured sustainable employment.
• For customized placements, 70.6% of participants found work.
• Retention rates remain strong, with 95.1% still employed at four weeks and 76% at one year.
